Chef Yiyi brings nine years of professional kitchen experience and a passion for Asian-inspired cuisine to Ricemill. A graduate of the renowned Culinary Arts program at Johnson & Wales University, Yiyi honed her craft at some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, including the three-Michelin-starred Manresa and the two-Michelin-starred Jean-Georges. With a knack for mixing both tradition and innovation, Yiyi channels her expertise into crafting a bold menu that celebrates culture with a modern twist.
